How we work with you
You should not have to chase a subcontractor. Here is what to expect from us.
- Quotes from your plans or numbers. Send drawings, run lengths or glass sizes and photos. We do not need a site visit to give you a price.
- Paperwork ready. Certificate of insurance and W-9 on request, and a written quote your client can read.
- Honest lead times. Custom glass takes weeks, not days. We give you the real timeline before you commit.
- The right license for the size. NC projects of $40,000 or more go through our licensed general contractor partner, and SC projects over $5,000 through our licensed partner.
- One contact, two languages. English or Spanish, by phone, text or email.
Common questions from builders
Can you price from plans?
Yes. Send the plans or drawings with the railing runs, deck size or glass sizes marked, and we price from those. For glass railings, the glass is made to measure, so we field-measure before ordering once the framing and decking are in.
How long does custom glass take?
Glass railing panels usually arrive 3 to 5 weeks after the final measure. Tell us your schedule early and we will plan the order around it.
Can you send a certificate of insurance and a W-9?
Yes. Ask for both when you request a quote and we will send them with it.
Do you hold a general contractor license?
No, and we do not claim one. In North Carolina, projects of $40,000 or more are contracted through our licensed general contractor partner. In South Carolina, projects over $5,000 go through our licensed partner too. Smaller trade work is done by our own team.
Do you work in South Carolina?
Yes, in Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, Lake Wylie and nearby, under the South Carolina rule above.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We can talk with you and your crews in English or Spanish.
