How the companies work together

Behind the three names is one small team. That gives you the focus of a specialist and the convenience of a single contact.

  • One office. One phone number and one inbox, so nothing gets lost between companies.
  • One system. Every request, quote and job lives in the same system, so whoever picks up the phone can see where your project stands.
  • One way of quoting. We help you measure and take photos, then send a written quote. How quoting works
  • Combined projects. Deck plus railing, or deck plus door glass, are planned and scheduled as one job.

Questions about the group

Why are there three separate companies?

Glass repair, decks and glass railings each need different skills, suppliers and tools. Keeping each trade in its own company keeps the focus sharp, and each website can answer the questions that matter for that trade.

Can one project use more than one of the companies?

Yes. A new deck with a glass railing, or a deck repair plus new patio door glass, is planned as one project. You talk to one person, and the work is scheduled so the crews do not get in each other's way.

Who is on my contract and my invoice?

All four names, Carolina Trades Group and the three companies, are trade names of Pure One LLC, a North Carolina company. Your quote and invoice show the company doing the work and the legal name behind it.

Do you handle large projects?

Yes, with the right license in place. In North Carolina, projects of $40,000 or more are contracted through our licensed general contractor partner. In South Carolina, projects over $5,000 go through our licensed partner too. We tell you up front which applies.

Is it the same phone number for all three?

Yes. Calls and texts for all three companies come into one office, so you never get bounced between numbers.
